This website is operated by Empress Trading Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), located at 200-5700 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 4K2, Canada, doing business as Frosch Canada. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Shipping Policies.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product information, pricing, and availability accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, you will receive a full refund.

Product Use & Safety

Frosch products are household cleaning products intended for use as directed on product packaging. Always read and follow label instructions and keep products out of reach of children. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from use of the product other than as directed. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request at info@empresstrading.ca.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Frosch trademark, logos, product images, and text — is the property of Werner & Mertz GmbH and/or Empress Trading Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empress Trading Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
